Have you checked your tickets? It’s time to do so! This announcement comes from Indiana (WFIE).

According to the Hoosier Lottery, a ticket that won the CA$H 5 jackpot in January is set to expire soon.

Lottery officials have announced that the ticket worth $458,872 will expire on Monday, July 1 if it remains unclaimed.

According to officials, the jackpot ticket for the Jan. 2 CA$H 5 drawing was purchased at the Luke 234 gas station located at 9502 E. Ridge Rd. in Hobart. The ticket successfully matched all five numbers required to win.

The Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office in Indianapolis is the official location for claiming the winning ticket, and it must be claimed no later than 4:30 p.m. ET on July 1st.

On Tuesday, Jan. 2, the numbers that won the CA$H 5 lottery were 4-9-13-18-21.
