A retired individual who also serves as a board member of a local HOA has been accused of defecating not once, but twice, on the side of a neighbor’s house. Initially, the individual denied the accusations until being presented with video evidence. The incident took place in New Palestine, Indiana.
The court documents reveal that on May 2, the homeowner captured footage of an unidentified woman entering his lawn on video surveillance. Shortly thereafter, he discovered a mound of something left by the woman right next to his house, which could only be described as a “gift”.
Following the second incident of defecation on May 29, the homeowner reached out to the police and provided them with surveillance footage that revealed the culprit in action. The footage, which was shared on FOX59/CBS4, clearly shows a woman dropping her pants during the day and squatting beside an air conditioning unit to relieve herself.
It turns out that the culprit behind the series of defecation incidents was none other than a retired resident who not only lived in the locality but also served as a board member on the neighborhood HOA. The deputies were successful in identifying the person responsible for the act.
According to the documents, the 74-year-old woman initially denied defecating near the man’s house when confronted. However, she reportedly changed her statement after being presented with video evidence and admitted to committing the act.
The court documents state that the woman informed the deputies that she had no personal grudge against the homeowner and had to use the restroom urgently.
According to FOX59/CBS4, the homeowner has an ongoing issue with the neighborhood HOA. However, court documents reveal that he admitted to deputies that he was not aware of any members of the HOA personally and did not know that the woman was an HOA member during the incident.
According to reports, the woman has resigned from her position in the local HOA.
According to court records, she faces charges for misdemeanor crimes including criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and public nudity.
