A man who was found guilty in Israel for constructing a bomb and subsequently spent 20 months in an Israeli prison has been apprehended this week at the New Mexico border. However, the search continues for another terrorist. In addition, local law enforcement officials express their frustration towards not receiving the alert that was issued to Border Patrol agents regarding the potential arrival of other known bomb makers attempting to enter the United States.
