New Year’s Eve shooting suspects apprehended after deadly shooting at Holmes Co. gas station

Four individuals have been taken into custody in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred at a gas station in Holmes County on New Year’s Eve.

Amari Ward, 19, Amante Ward, 20, and Jamal Sly, 23, have been taken into custody on Monday. They are facing charges of two counts of murder. The bond for each count has been set at $500,000.

Sendarius Craft, a 21-year-old individual, was apprehended on Tuesday, although his bond has yet to be determined.

A tragic incident occurred at a Shell gas station on Highway 17, where a deadly shooting took place.

Brian Grisby Jr., 21, and De’Marion Sly, 19, lost their lives, while Antine Fisher, 22, narrowly escaped a bullet grazing.
