A woman was arrested after police say she stripped down inside a hotel and began throwing bottles of alcohol at people.
What we know: According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the Hilton Garden Hotel on New Jersey Avenue, NW, at 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, for a report of a disruptive person.
The caller said that someone was taking off their clothes inside the motel.
Authorities arrived at the incident and directed them to the far end of the hotel’s lobby.
According to police, there was shattered glass and property typically seen on top of a bar all over the floor while the suspect sat naked at a high-top table surrounded by Hilton Gardens Hotel employees.
When the police asked why she was naked, the woman allegedly stated that “my lord and savior, Michael Jackson, told me to do this.”
She then quickly added, “I threw something at him,” while pointing to one of the victims and saying, “I wish I got all of them, all of the white people. I’m racist as f***.”
According to police, the suspect then demanded to be sent to jail.
The backstory: Before the police were called, the caller stated that the woman had been detained and was outside the hotel, naked on a towel on the ground. The caller informed authorities that the woman fled inside the hotel and over the bar.
She then started throwing bottles of booze at individuals while remaining naked. Multiple victims claimed she was tossing bottles at them while hopping back and forth over the hotel bar.
According to the police report, the woman stated, “I hate white people” and “I wish I could hit all white people.”
Her charges: Husani Cacho, 31, has been identified as the suspect in the case. She was arrested for simple assault (hate/bias), destruction of property (hate/bias), lewd activities, illegal entrance, and disorderly behavior.
She was sent to the First District Station for processing. There has been no additional information offered at this time.
