Crime Stoppers of Houston, together with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, seeks the public’s assistance in locating individuals who have active felony and misdemeanor warrants. To incentivize the community, they are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of these suspects.

The following individuals are being sought by law enforcement: Sarah Catherine Boniaby, 47, of Houston, Texas, wanted for burglary of habitation; Eliza Brianne Bowers, 45, of Houston, Texas, wanted for arson; and Marion Denise Davidson, 33, of Houston, Texas, wanted for evading arrest and DWI third offense. Additionally, Ted Carter Fleming, 44, of Houston, Texas, is wanted for deadly conduct; Anthony Paul James, 36, of Houston, Texas, is wanted for probation violation related to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; and Matthew Allen Kiesewetter, 47, of Tomball, Texas, is wanted for DWI third offense.

Johelith Yaribeth Munoz, a 19-year-old resident of Houston, Texas, is currently being sought after for the crime of forgery of a government instrument. Another individual on the list is Howard Anthony Richardson, a 21-year-old from Houston, Texas, who is wanted for violating probation in connection to robbery threats. Jose Luis Segura Jr., a 43-year-old resident of Baytown, Texas, is wanted for the offense of criminal mischief, while Kimberly Rebekah Wilkins, a 43-year-old from Houston, Texas, is being sought after for the crime of theft.

Crime Stoppers places great importance on maintaining the anonymity of individuals providing tips. They assure tipsters that their calls are not recorded and that they do not have caller ID. To submit a tip, you can call 713-222-TIPS (8477) or submit it online.
