A North Texas man is once again facing online solicitation and sexual assault charges towards a minor, marking the second time in just four months. The surprising twist is that he had his ankle monitor on during this second encounter.

Fox4 reports that Eduardo Martinez, a 25-year-old, was initially charged with online solicitation of a minor/sexual conduct in October 2024.
The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office has released the booking photo of Eduardo Martinez.
Martinez was apprehended and taken into custody in October, all thanks to the compelling evidence presented by the YouTube channel. Subsequently, he was granted release on bond, albeit with the stipulation of wearing an ankle monitor.
Martinez’s Second Arrest
Just three months later, on January 29, 2025, Martinez found himself arrested once again. This time, it was due to accusations made by a 16-year-old girl, who claimed that they had engaged in a brief sexual relationship. According to reports, Martinez had initiated the contact by reaching out to the minor through social media.
According to Fox4, Martinez explained that he is wearing an ankle monitor because he was deceived into meeting a girl who claimed to be of legal age but turned out to be underage.
The 16-year-old girl successfully identified Martinez’s car, a white pickup truck. Thanks to the assistance of a flock search, officials were able to locate the vehicle.
Flock is a camera technology utilized by law enforcement to scan and identify the rear of vehicles as they pass by.
According to Fox4, when Martinez was apprehended and taken into custody, authorities discovered multiple sexually explicit videos on his phone featuring him and the teenager.
As of now, Martinez has been indicted for the initial charge in October. However, he is currently being held in the Tarrant County Jail on a $500,000 bond for the second charge.
